Christy'S Stir Fry

  1. Heat pan/wok on high. Once hot, add oil to cover bottom of pan. Cook cubed meat with garlic for a few minutes (about 3) until cooked all the way through. Remove meat. Add more oil to cover bottom of pan. Add all other veggies. Cook veggies, constantly stirring/tossing for a couple minutes (about 2). Add Meat. Add Stir-Fry Sauce. Continue cooking and toss to coat veggies and meat with sauce.
  2. Serve over bed of brown rice with soy sauce on the side.
