Harriet'S Lasagna

  1. Sauce
  2. Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add meat and cool until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about two hours
  3. Lasagna
  4. Arrange in baking dish, 3 layers of each: noodles, ricotta, Mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake about 45 minutes at 325 Frozen: bake 75 minutes at 350. Cover with alum foil until last 5 minutes
