Fancy Egg Scramble

  1. In large skillet, cook bacon or sausage and onion in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine until onion is tender, but not brown.
  2. Add eggs and scramble just until set.
  3. Fold mushrooms and cooked eggs into Cheese Sauce.
  4. Turn into a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Combine remaining melted butter, crumbs and paprika; sprinkle atop eggs.
  6. Cover; chill until 30 minutes before serving (can refrigerate overnight).
  7. Bake, uncovered in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Makes 10 servings.
