Salmon Encrusted With Spiced Pecans

  1. drizzle salmon with lemon juice
  2. mix bread crumbs and pecans together
  3. cover salmon completely with pecan/breadcrumb mixture
  4. place in baking dish
  5. 400 degrees preheated oven
  6. bake for 30-45 mins.
  7. Spiced pecans
  8. 1 egg white
  9. 2 Tb. Cold water
  10. 1/2 cup sugar
  11. 1/4 tsp each:
  12. cinnamon
  13. clove
  14. allspice
  15. Whisk all together and pour over 1 pound of pecans. Mix well. Place on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Remove immediately from cookie sheet or they will get soggy.
