Squash Dressing

  1. In very large deep pan crumble breads.
  2. (I use the food processor for making
  3. bread
  4. crumbs.)
  5. Add
  6. onion,
  7. celery and butter.
  8. Heat squash
  9. and
  10. liquid almost to boiling.
  11. Add eggs to first mixture and gradually add squash and liquid until you get "dressing" consistency
  12. and
  13. stir until butter melts.
  14. Add pepper. This really makes
  15. a
  16. lot.
  17. I
  18. usually
  19. cook
  20. 1/2 and freeze the other half.
  21. Cook
  22. in
  23. Pyrex dish at 350u0b0 for about an hour.

  28. and out family really likes it.
