Pork Burgers
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 4 Hamburger buns or crusty rolls
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 4 Slices American Cheese
- Favorite Burger Fixin's
- Knead 1 shake of Lawry's into each 1/2 lb of ground pork, and shape into patties with a uniform thickness. Allow patties to come to room temperature.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan combining olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Allow this mixture to simmer for 5 minutes, then brush onto the inside surfaces of the hamburger buns.
- Grill the pork patties over a hot fire. 1 inch thick patties will require 5 minutes a side. Place cheese on top to melt a minute before pulling the patties off the grill.
- Grill the buns, seasoned side down until just browned, 30-60 seconds.
- Serve with favorite toppings and fixin's.
