Pork Burgers

  1. Knead 1 shake of Lawry's into each 1/2 lb of ground pork, and shape into patties with a uniform thickness. Allow patties to come to room temperature.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan combining olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Allow this mixture to simmer for 5 minutes, then brush onto the inside surfaces of the hamburger buns.
  3. Grill the pork patties over a hot fire. 1 inch thick patties will require 5 minutes a side. Place cheese on top to melt a minute before pulling the patties off the grill.
  4. Grill the buns, seasoned side down until just browned, 30-60 seconds.
  5. Serve with favorite toppings and fixin's.
