Green Masala Fish

  1. Salt the fish on both sides, saute the fish on both sides on non stick pan for 5 minute until the fish water dries up.
  2. Put garlic, cilantro, mint, tomatoes and chillie in food grinder. grind to rough paste. In a pan put oil and the ground mix. Cook on low fire for half an hour. Add salt, Coriander powder and mango powder or lemon juice.
  3. Add fish into the above green sauce and cook until the fish is tender (around 10 minutes)and there is no water.
  4. Serve the fish on top of cooked basmati rice.
  5. You can accompany this with shredded cucumber in yogurt.
