Oven Salmon Cakes

  1. Combine 3/4 cup of the cracker crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, milk, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add salmon and cheese; mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Mix butter with remaining crumbs.
  5. Coat patties with mixture.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake in 400u0b0 oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Place tomatoes on cakes and bake for 5 minutes.
  9. Makes 4.
