Savory Steel Cut Oats

  1. Add all ingredients except spinach to pot, heat to boiling, turn down to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed and the oats are creamy.
  2. Stir in the spinach, take off the burner, cover and let sit a bit until the spinach is soft.
