Turkey Jack & Mac
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 elbow macaroni
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups 2 % milk
- 4 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0 F.
- Cook macaroni as directed on packaging, drain.
- Brown the ground turkey, break into small pieces.
- Melt the butter, add garlic powder in a large pan.
- In a bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, whisk for a minute.
- Add the milk and sour cream to bowl, whisk until smooth.
- Mix the cheeses together, add 4 cups to mixture.
- Add the macaroni, mix well.
- Pour half of the macaroni mix into the large pan.
- Spread the ground turkey evenly over the macaroni mix.
- Pour the other half of the macaroni mix on top of the ground turkey.
- Sprinkle the two cups of mixed cheese on top.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of everything.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
