Mixed-Up Lasagne

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix together ricotta, mozzerella, parmasan, and egg, herbs, salt and pepper. Add spinach and cooked pasta, mixing until just incorporated.
  3. In a square 9-10" baking pan, spoon a thin layer of prepared tomato sauce. Place cheese and pasta mixture on top. Cover with remainder of tomato sauce. Top with a sprinkling of grated parmasan and mozzerella.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.
