Banana-Yogurt Ice Milk

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan.
  2. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine banana, milk, yogurt and honey.
  5. Stir into gelatin mixture.
  6. Place in an 8-inch square pan.
  7. Freeze until firm.
  8. Remove from freezer.
  9. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften.
  10. Break into chunks.
  11. Place in food processor; add banana mixture.
  12. Process until smooth.
  13. Return mixture to pan and freeze until firm.
  14. When served, top with fresh fruit.
  15. Contains 98 calories per 1/2 cup serving and 0.7 fat.
