Stuffed Mushrooms With Parmesan And Goats Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 170 u0b0 C
  2. Chop mushroom stems and fry with oil, garlic and bacon
  3. Mix the chives, cream cheese, goats cheese, some parmesan, salt and pepper together and add mushroom stems, garlic and bacon.
  4. Spoon a heap of the mixture onto each mushroom
  5. Top with breadcrumbs, parmesan and a little knob of butter.
  6. Brush sides of each mushroom with a bit of melted butter so they are not dry
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 mins
