Chocolate Toffee Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Beat the eggs slightly; then add to the butter mixture and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking soda; then add slowly to the moist ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix in the toffee bits, oatmeal
  3. Drop dough by the tablespoon full onto an baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 13 minutes.
  4. cool for 3 minutes on sheet then remove to rack.
