Vegetable Pizza Appetizer
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 2 small shredded carrots
- 1 c. small broccoli flowerets, thoroughly towel dried
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, thoroughly towel dried
- 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower, thoroughly towel dried
- shredded cheese (Cheddar is good)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form crust.
- Seal perforations.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
