Caramel, Phylo And Peacon Ball

  1. Directions:
  2. Roll out pastry (so you have enough to wrap up around brie and twist at top
  3. Place brie in the center of dough
  4. Use about half of caramel sauce jar (pour or spoon over top of cheese)
  5. Top with Pecans and add a bit more sauce
  6. Wrap Brie with dough and twist at the top
  7. Egg wash the top and sides of pastry
  8. Bake according to pastry directions (I baked mine at 350 degrees in a 8x8 casarole dish for 30-35 minutes)
  9. Cut a small section for to show inside and ENJOY!! J
