Caramel, Phylo And Peacon Ball
- Ingredients:
- Light flaky pastry dough (Pillsbury makes this in the refrigerated section)- If you use this option roll out dough to fit around cheese
- OR you may also us Philo dough but this is more work the pastry is easier and just as good.
- One Jar of Hersey's Caramel Sauce
- One Bag of Candied Pecans
- One Brie
- One Egg
- Directions:
- Roll out pastry (so you have enough to wrap up around brie and twist at top
- Place brie in the center of dough
- Use about half of caramel sauce jar (pour or spoon over top of cheese)
- Top with Pecans and add a bit more sauce
- Wrap Brie with dough and twist at the top
- Egg wash the top and sides of pastry
- Bake according to pastry directions (I baked mine at 350 degrees in a 8x8 casarole dish for 30-35 minutes)
- Cut a small section for to show inside and ENJOY!! J
