Lasagna

  1. Cook meat & onion, drain grease. Add sauce & spices, simmer 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, ricotta & parmesan.
  3. Grease a lasagna pan. Cover bottom with lasagna noodles, add 1/3 of meat sauce, than 1/2 of cheese mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Place a 3rd layer of noodles, top with remaining meat sauce. Pour hot water around edges of pan. Cover tightly with foil, bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Uncover, sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Place in oven until cheese browns.
