Apricot Bars

  8. pastry blender as you do pie crust. (Itut the sugar into the oleo with a fork and knife, then add the other ingredients, except preserves; it's best if you
  9. don't get the mixture creamy, just crumbly.) Reserve 3/4 cup
  10. mix
  11. for topping.
  12. Grease
  13. and
  14. flour
  15. 9
  16. x 13-inch pan. Spread
  17. ortat mix into pan.
  18. Spread with apricot preserves. Crumble
  19. or
  20. spread 3/4 cup reserved mix on top.
  21. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0 (do not overbake).
