Sun Dried Tomato, Lemon, Flank Steak Pasta Yumminess!!!

  1. In largest cast iron skillet toast the pine nuts.
  2. Meanwhile start the pasta.
  3. Remove toasted pine nuts to plate. Heat pan to high, add 2 T oil from tomatoes and stir fry steak for 2-3 minutes. Remove to plate. Reduce heat to med high. Add a little oil if needed . Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes til soft. Add tomatoes and olives. Cook one minute. Add lemon zest, pasta, steak and pine nuts. Toss til warmed through. Serve with feta cheese. Absolutely yummy!
