Pork Chops 'N Vegetables

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chops; brown well on both sides; remove and set aside.
  2. Add green pepper; saute for 3 minutes; remove and set aside.
  3. Stir in flour; cook and stir for one minute.
  4. Blend in next 4 ingredients and bring to boil.
  5. Return chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops. Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 45 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomatoes and green pepper. Cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.
