Oreo Cheesecake

  1. 1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl and whisk until it's frothy and a little thicker than what you started out with. It only takes about 2 or 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, salt, lemon juice and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together.
  4. 4. Gently fold the crushed Oreo's into the mixture until incorporated.
  5. 5. Pour the cheesecake/Oreo mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
