Pasta Salad
- 1/2 lb. uncooked rotini
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 c. bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Prepare rotini according to the package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine rotini, tuna, cucumber, tomato, celery, green pepper and onions.
- In a small bowl, blend together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings.
- Add to salad mixture.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and chill.
- Toss gently before serving.
- Serves 6 to 8.
