Hawaiian Chicken Chuck Appetizers
- 1/4 cup vege. oil for frying
- 2 lbs. chicken chunks
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup flavored breakcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chicken flavoring
- party toothpicks
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp orange marmelaid
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, zest of one orange, 1 tsp vinegar to taste
- Combine flour & breakcrumbs into a plasatic bag along with chicken flavoring, pepper & paprika.
- Add chicken chunks around four at a time. Shake well & remove to plate. After all are done, heat oil in frying pan. Fry chicken chunks until lightly browned & chrispy & drain on paper towel.
- After chicken is done & drained, apply one chunk of chicken & one pineapple chunk on toothpick and arrange in party bowl.
- Hawaiian dip: Add sour cream, zest of one orange, vinegar, orange marmalaid, touch of garlic powder, salt & pepper & mix well.
