Jennifers Choclate Chip Cookies
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup margarine, room temp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 2 1/2 cup choclate chips
- preheat oven to 375..in a small bowl combine the flour, soda and salt. In a large bowl, with a wooden spoon, cream the margarine, vanilla and sugars together. Ad the eggs and stir until combined. Next, add flour in three parts to the butter mixture, incorporating each addition thoroughly. At this point feel the dough, You should be able to roll it in your hands and not have any dough stick to them. If it seems too mushy add more flour two tablespoons at a time, until the dough feels firmer. Mix in the choclate chips.
- Put the dough in balls. bake for 10 minutes. Begin checking at 8 minutes.To get the cookies flater, at 6 minutes flatten them by banging cookie sheet on counter and return them to the oven.
