Jim'S Chicken Bbq Sauce (Sweet-Sour-Hot)

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a steel bowl - mix thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut chicken up, pat dry with paper towel
  3. 3. Grill chicken in BBQ over hot coals. Occasionally cover to create thick smoke.
  4. 4. Use on grilled chicken during last 5 minutes of grilling after meat has browned.
  5. 5. Store in tight contained in the refrigerator for about 1 month.
