High Fiber Bread Machine Bread

  1. 1) Place first 4 ingredients in bottom of bread machine mixing container
  2. 2) Place remaining ingredients on top. Place yeast in last.
  3. 3) Set bread machine on "dough" cycle.
  4. 4) Once dough is completed, remove from container, punch down, and form into loaves or rolls, or some of both. It is your choice. This recipe can make one medium loaf and a dozen and a half rolls.
  5. 5) Set in a warm place and allow to rise until double in bulk.
  6. 6) Bake in 370 degree oven for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 and bake until done. Approxiate 30-40 minutes. Bread when it is done should have a hollow sound when tapped and golden brown top.
  7. 7) Remove to cooling rack. Baste top of bread or rolls lightly with olive oil margarine to ensure soft crust.
