- 1 FULL RIPE TOMATOE
- 1 ENGLISH CUCUMBER
- 2 STICKS OF CELERY
- 2-3 PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
- 1 RIPE AVOCADO
- 250gms SAPUTO TUMA CHEESE
- 250gms SWEETCORN
- SALT
- PEPPER
- OLIVE OIL
- FRESH LEMON JUICE
- *IF WANTED FOR A FULL MEAL, SAUTE BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST IN SALTED BUTTER AND ADD, FOR VEGETARIANS, OILED POTATO WORKS WONDERFULLY.
- WASH AND CLEAN ALL INGREDIENTS BEFORE CUTTING. ONCE WASHED CUT ALL VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS (PEELING THE CUCUMBER IS A NICE WAY TO GET MORE OF THE VEGETABLES JUICE IN THE SALAD) AND PLACE IN LARGE SALAD BOWL. CUT TUMA CHEESE AND PLACE IN BOWL. ADD SWEETCORN. SQUEEZE ONE LEMON AND ADD JUICE, PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 10-15 MINS REMOVE.
- ADD THE SALT ABOUT 3/4 OF A TABLE SPOON, 1/2 TABLE SPOON PEPPER AND ADD OIL, AMOUNT DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUALS TASTE.
- MIX AND SERVE. AS MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY TO MAKE THIS SALAD A MEAL, SIMPLY ADD BONELSS CHICKEN BREAST SAUTED IN BUTTER. DELICIOUS.
