Joe'S Hawaiian Burger

  1. Mix one tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce to each pound of Chopped Meat, mix and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Hamburgers using 8oz of meat per burger.
  3. Heat Grill to High and cook burgers to desired doneness,flip only one time on each side to get proper scoring on meat. Add Pineapple Slices and top with Gruyere Chese during last minite of cooking, Grill Kaiser Buns or Rolls at this time close bbq lid to melt cheese, top with thin slices of Red Onion and tomato and Lettuce. Salt and Pepper to taste.
