Jerk Chicken Quesdillas Chef Kathy (Tradewinds Restaurant)

  1. Slice green pepper and onion julliene style.
  2. heat saucepan, add sweet pepper, oninon, chicken breast, CK jerk sauce, cook down, add water, cook down until well infused together.
  3. cook all 5 above ingrediants together for over 10 minutes.
  4. Use either a forman or stove grill to finish quesadillas,
  5. fill one flour tortilla with 2 tblsp. of filling sprinkle cheese on top and roll then grill, cut in bite size pieces.
  6. This diosh only tyakes 20 minutes to prepare. Enjoy this "Irie dish form Jamaica"
