Jerk Chicken Quesdillas Chef Kathy (Tradewinds Restaurant)
- 2 cups chicken meat sliced julienne style
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 onions
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 bottle of CK's Jerk Sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- 6 6"flour torillas
- Slice green pepper and onion julliene style.
- heat saucepan, add sweet pepper, oninon, chicken breast, CK jerk sauce, cook down, add water, cook down until well infused together.
- cook all 5 above ingrediants together for over 10 minutes.
- Use either a forman or stove grill to finish quesadillas,
- fill one flour tortilla with 2 tblsp. of filling sprinkle cheese on top and roll then grill, cut in bite size pieces.
- This diosh only tyakes 20 minutes to prepare. Enjoy this "Irie dish form Jamaica"
