Dog Biscuits, Flea Prreventative
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. brewers yeast
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 egg yolks
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 c). Lightly grease a baking pan.
- Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in boiling water and set aside.
- Sift dry ingredients. Add yolks, then gradually pour in the bouillon water while stirring. Mix until well blended. Lightly flour work surface. Roll dough to about 1/4". Use cutter or knife and make your treats.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 min. Turn off oven and leave the biscuits inside for at least 3 hrs. or over night to harden. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Freezing will last approx. 3 months. Refrigerator about 2-3 wks.
