Cabbage Roll Rice In 1 Pot
- 2 cups cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- A1/2 tsp basil
- 796 ml can diced tomatoes, undrained
- A1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
- Add ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika to a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the ground beef is browned (about 7 to 10 minutes).
- Stir in oregano, basil, diced tomatoes, water and rice and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving. Serve hot.
