Amazing Protein Bars By Sheri!
- Bottom layer:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fake eggs or 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
- Middle layer:
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fake eggs or 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup
- Sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix bottom layer dry ingredients together in a bowl, and then add the wet. They will feel wet. It's OK. They come out with a cake-like texture.
- Spray a 9x12 baking with cooking spray. Pat the bottom layer down with your fingers.
- Mix middle layer dry ingredients together in a bowl, and then add the wet. Pour on top.
- If desired, mix in chocolate chips into the middle layer or on top. You can also add 2T peanut butter, vary the flavor of the protein powder, add fruit, etc. to make different varieties.
- Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Cool and cut into bars.
