Tom Yum Soup Recipe
- 1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 Stalks Lemon Grass, Chopped
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Galangal, or Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tomato ,Chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Few kaffir Lime Leaves, Chopped
- 1/2 cup Shrimps or Prawns (Head off)
- Few Coriander or Parsley Leaves, Chopped
- 4 Glass Water or More(If required)
- Salt to taste
- Step 1: Heat water in a large pan over a high flame and bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer
- Step 2: Add lemon grass, mushrooms, tomato, galangal or ginger, shrimps or prawns and onion in boiled water. Cook until shrimps or prawns brings to plump
- Step 3: Next, Add fish sauce, kaffir leaves, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir it 10-15 minutesStep 4: Season with lime juice then stir in coriander leaves or parsley leaves and serve hot.
