Twelve Vegetable Turkey Soup

  1. Saute the first 5 ingredients in oil. In water to cover the turkey, potatoes, and carrots, simmer in a large pot. Add the vegetables from the saute pan. Add the canned vegetables and bouillon. Simmer slowly until tender.
