Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix raisins, milk and bran together; let soak for 15 minutes to soften.
  3. Combine rest of liquids and add to bran mixture.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients, fruit and nuts; add to bran mixture.
  5. Do not overmix.
  6. Fill greased muffin cups or muffin papers to top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. Makes about 2 dozen.
