Pad Thai
- *2 pkgs of buitoni cut pasta
- *1 small container of Ty Ling naturals- pat thai
- *2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- *4 tablespoons of unsalted dry rosted peanuts
- ** optional- 2 tablespoons of panda express mandrin orange sauce.
- *large pan for saute
- *Make noodles as directed on package. Then when they are 1/2 of the way done, drain and place in a plastic baggie, seal and place in fridge.
- *in small bowl combine dark soy sauce, ty ling naturals sauce and mandrin orange sauce. Set aside.
- *when noodles are room temp, take the large pan and place on yor stove with canola oil. When the oil gets hot, plaace noodles in the pan and saute them untill fully cooked.
- * heat up sauce in small sauce pan untill warm to touch.
- *put noodles in serving and pour sauce over it. Stir untill noodles are fully coated. Garnish with bean sprouts and peanuts. Serve hot and enjoy!!!
