Crockpot Ribs With Homemade Bbq Sauce

  1. 1.Make your BBQ sauce first:
  2. Warm the oil on medium beat in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook gently, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Add the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, chili powder and cayenne, to taste (the more cayenne you use, the hotter it will be).
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 20 minutes.
  4. 2. Coat your crock pot with olive oil (I use a brush)
  5. 3. Place pork ribs steaks in crockpot. You can stack them so they all fit.
  6. 4. Pour the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs
  7. 5. Sprinkle the quartered onion on top.
  8. 6. Set crock pot at 8 hours.
  9. 7. Go to sleep and wake up to yummie ribs!
