Chocolate Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs until light and frothy.
  3. Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in both sugars and flour. Mix well.
  5. Stir in melted butter. Mix well.
  6. Stir in chopped pecans. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly across bottom of pie shell.
  8. Gently pour nut mixture over chocolate chips. Tap gently to release any air bubbles.
  9. Bake in 400 degree F overn for 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake another 30-40 minutes, until set in center.
  11. Let cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
