Bbq Chicken Wings

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375.
  2. 2. Arrange the wings evenly on a foil covered baking sheet.
  3. While the oven is preheating:
  4. 3. Bring BBQ sauce, water and ketchup to a low boil.
  5. 4. Add brown sugar, garlic/powder and salt and continue to allow the mixture to rise to a rolling boil.
  6. 5. Add pepper. Stir and reduce heat. Allow the sauce to simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Wings:
  8. 6. Pat your wings dry. Salt and pepper them.
  9. 7. Bake your wings at 375 for 50 minutes. Do not turn them.
  10. 8. After your wings are done, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the sauce.
