Seafodd Mornah
- 1/2 #Small Salad sizw Shrimp cleaned & deviened
- 1/2# white crab meat
- 10oz can cream of Shrimp Soup
- Shallot
- 1 Llb Butter
- 1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese - I like 4 year old Wusconsin Cheddar
- 1/2 Cup Dry Sherry
- 6 Puff Pastry Shells
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
- Bake Puff Pastry Shells according to directions
- Set aside.
- Finely chop shallot and saute in butter in large saute pan or small dutch oven on medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink 2-3 minutes
- Add crab
- Add Cream of Shrimp Soup and bring to bubbling.
- Reduce heat to low
- Add cheese stirring constantly until thoroughly melted and bubbling.
- Add Sherry.
- Divide between puff pastry shells and garnish with parsley.
- Total Preparation time 30 minutes
