Seafodd Mornah

  1. Bake Puff Pastry Shells according to directions
  2. Set aside.
  3. Finely chop shallot and saute in butter in large saute pan or small dutch oven on medium heat.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink 2-3 minutes
  5. Add crab
  6. Add Cream of Shrimp Soup and bring to bubbling.
  7. Reduce heat to low
  8. Add cheese stirring constantly until thoroughly melted and bubbling.
  9. Add Sherry.
  10. Divide between puff pastry shells and garnish with parsley.
  11. Total Preparation time 30 minutes
