Greek Pasta Salad
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tbs. Water
- 1 Tbs. Sugar
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Md Green Pepper
- 1 Md Red Pepper
- 1 Md Red Onion
- 6oz Sliced Kalamata Olives
- 8oz Feta Cheese - crumbled
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Basil
- 1 Lb. Fusilli Pasta
- Boil water with salt and olice oil, add pasta, cook al dente. Drain - rinse in cold water - drain again.
- Dressing - Add Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, water, sugar, pressed garlic, Basil, Oregano,Salt and Pepper to mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Chop Bell Peppers and Red Onion fine - add to large mixing bowl.
- Combine chopped vegetables, cooked pasta and dressing - mix well. Add Feta and Olives - mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to blend flavors and enjoy!
