Banana-Berry Pie

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water. Chill until
  3. slightly thickened.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Stir
  5. in 3/4 cup of the strawberries.
  6. Pour into pie crust.
  7. Chill until
  8. firm,
  9. about
  10. 15 minutes.
  11. Whisk pudding into
  12. milk.
  13. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  14. Stir in remaining strawberries.
  15. Spread mixture over gelatin in pie crust.
  16. Chill until
  17. set,
  18. about 2 hours.
  19. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
  20. Makes 8 servings.
