Triple Berry Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degreees.
  2. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners. Mix cake mix,sour cream,oil,water and eggs in bowl until blended. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter. Place 1 piece cream cheese in center of each cupcake and gently press into batter. Stir strawberry preserves in bowl or cup until smooth. Dot preserves over cream cheese. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until tops are golden. Cool completely.Frost with cream cheese frosting and garnish each cupcake with 1/2 sliced strawberry.
