Red'S Chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 pieces Chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Celery
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (sharp)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
- Melt 3 tbsp butter in skillet and brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter and cook celery in butter for about 5 min. Place celery and oven-safe baking dish and put chicken on top.
- Bake 1 hr. in 325 deg. oven or until chicken is tender (165 deg.)
