Red'S Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
  3. Melt 3 tbsp butter in skillet and brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter and cook celery in butter for about 5 min. Place celery and oven-safe baking dish and put chicken on top.
  5. Bake 1 hr. in 325 deg. oven or until chicken is tender (165 deg.)
