Holiday Gingersnaps

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl; in another cream butter and sugar. Add egg and molasses to creamed mixture; slowly add flour mixture. Measure rounded teaspoons for each cookie, roll dough into balls, then roll each in cinnamon sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden and crisp. For bigger cookies, use a rounded tablespoon, wet bottom of glass and smoosh on cookie sheet.
  4. Extras to add: dried cherries or cranberries, nuts, dark chocolate chips.
