Vegetable Focaccia

  1. Thaw rolls until soft and risen (about 3 hours at room temperature).
  2. Combine rolls into a ball.
  3. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle or a 9x13-inch rectangle.
  4. Place in pizza pan or a 9x13-inch sprayed baking pan and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  5. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove wrap.
  7. Sprinkle Italian herbs and garlic powder over dough.
  8. Press dough down with fingers to form a dimpled surface.
  9. Arrange vegetables on top.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
