Chili- Lime Grilled Shrimp

  1. Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl and stir to mix well.
  2. Add Shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate Shrimp in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Prepare with seafood rack.
  5. Thread 2 Shrimp on each bamboo skewer.
  6. Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. No more.
  7. Serve over steamed or Saffron Scented Rice.
