Blood Orange Chopped Salad

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together BAH Fig Vinegar, BAH Blood Orange EVOO, shallots, orange zest, and BAH Original Blend. In a large bowl, combine the radicchio, carrots, escarole, endive and Craisins(R). Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately. Serves 4.
