Meat Lover'S Lasagna

  1. Combine meat, onion and garlic and brown. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, basil, sweet basil, oregano, fennel seed, salt and pepper to meat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside. Mix egg, Ricotta, Romano, Asiago, Provolone and Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes together. Set aside. Cook noodles in boiling water for 12 minutes. Drain and lay out on wax paper to cool. In large baking dish, put one layer of noodles, then cheese mixture, then meat mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cook at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
