Greek Ribs
- Country style ribs (pork)(6)or pork back ribs with skin removed (2lbs).
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbs of oregano
- 3 tbs Oyster Sauce
- 1 fresh lemon.
- Place the prepared meat in a large plastic container, liberally cover with EVOO, Seasoning Salt, minced garlic, and oregano.
- Let marinate overnight.
- Let Grill heat up to approximately 350 f.
- Place marinated meat on heated grill.
- After the midway through cooking time (6 minutes)and the ribs have been flipped; brush with Oyster Sauce on exposed cooked side.
- Near the end of cooking period (10-12 minutes usually) quickly flip back over so the other side of ribs can be covered with oyster sauce.
- Once the ribs have been removed from the heat and placed on serving plate squeeze with fresh lemon and serve.
